We operate across Echuca and Cobram and two hours around that location, with offices in both locations. The role is primarily based in Echuca-Moama.
What you’ll be doing
- Install domestic, commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Work on systems including:
- Air handlers
- VRV / VRF
- Ducted and cassette systems
- Evaporative cooling
- Ventilation
- Sheet metal and flexible ductwork

This role is a maternity leave contract, with the strong possibility of transitioning to a permanent full‑time position for the right candidate.
About the Role
In this key administrative position, you will support our Estimators, Project Managers, and Divisional Leads by ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across projects, documentation, and internal processes. You will provide high‑level administrative coordination while helping maintain workflow efficiency across the division.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Projects & Estimating team
- Assist in preparing project documentation, tender submissions, quotes, and job files
- Maintain registers, schedules, and reporting tools for active projects
- Coordinate internal documentation, purchase orders, and supplier communications
- Support onboarding, training resources, and divisional compliance requirements
- Liaise with contractors, clients, and internal teams as needed
