    • Evaporative cooling
    • Ventilation
    • Sheet metal and flexible ductwork

About the Role
In this key administrative position, you will support our Estimators, Project Managers, and Divisional Leads by ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across projects, documentation, and internal processes. You will provide high‑level administrative coordination while helping maintain workflow efficiency across the division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Projects & Estimating team
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, tender submissions, quotes, and job files
  • Maintain registers, schedules, and reporting tools for active projects
